Frequently Asked Questions
How does the custom-fit magic actually happen?
You scan your body once with our 3-D scanning partner “True to Form.” We feed those measurements into our patent-pending pattern engine, laser-cut eco-friendly fabric, and a U.S. artisan sews your piece to spec—no guessing, no size charts, no kidding.
What if I don’t like the fit?
Holler. We’ll tweak your pattern based on what feels off and craft a brand-new garment on the house—returns are wasteful, but your comfort is non-negotiable. Feel free to donate the first shirt or turn it into a fancy bandana.
How long will my order take?
Once you complete your scan, we aim to get your order out the door within three days. Every item is made just for you, so we sew as soon as your scan hits our queue.
Where are your clothes made?
Every thread is stitched in the United States by fairly paid humans who bring passion to the sewing table.
What fabric do you use?
We favor micro-modal spun from sustainable birch—it’s soft as silk, breathable like cotton’s cooler cousin, and compostable at end-of-life. More fabric options are coming soon.
Is this really sustainable or just marketing fluff?
No fluff. Local production slashes shipping miles; micro-modal comes from responsibly managed forests; and on-demand cutting means way less fabric waste.
How do I measure myself?
After you place your order, you’ll receive a scan link via email. Follow the quick instructions and you’re done—no tape measure needed.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We’re keeping our carbon footprint tight while we fine-tune operations at home.
Can I toss my shirt in the dryer?
Cold wash, low heat is safest. Treat it like a friendship—gentle care keeps it around longer.
Can I change my order after checkout?
Email us before you do your scan. Once the pattern hits the laser, it’s literally cut in stone (well… fabric).
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes—digital only, so no plastic guilt. Perfect for the friend who “has everything” except clothes that actually fit.
What payment methods do you take?
Major cards, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay with an option for split payments—because cash-flow shouldn’t block good taste.
